Bernie wants us to be like Norway, Sweden and Finland. Doesn't it occur to him that those countries have small, genous populations who come from the same background/culture, think the same way. That what works for them will not work for a large, diverse population such as the US? Does he not know that they are now trying to run away from socialism? That these migrants from Syria are flooding Europe and especially want to get to "rich" countries like them and Germany? That they are not stopping at the first/nearest countries and claiming refugee status as they should? That their way of life and culture will be forever changed with so many migrants? That their social structures cannot support them? That they are now scrambling for guns to protect themselves from these "invaders"? Do people not see what such large number of immigrants does to a country if they are not assimilated in - if they want to retain their culture/way of life/language?

The money isn't there among the 1% - all the free stuff will require higher taxes for everyone and the possibility of a VAT or asset tax. Nothing is really "free".
