This series has EPIC written all over it...GO SPURS GO!!!!!
because they make stupid fouls. gotta use that little thing called brain.
This series has EPIC written all over it...GO SPURS GO!!!!!
you are so out of your ing league i dont' even know where to start - maybe i should just enjoy this moment.
And the MFFL stereotype is perpetuated further. Good job.
If that's the case
Suns = EPIC fail
loll i like that
And you do? You dumb you're a fan just like me......last I checked I didn't see Temujin out there on the floor playing.
This was Game 1, not Game 5 or Game 6. If the Suns win the next one the pressure is back on SAS to win on the road.
4 trophies differentiates them too. With Trophies comes the balls to win games like this one.
lol whining about the ref calls will get you nowhere....we all get screwed by the refs from time to time, so get over it, like now.
A great Suns fan!
Actually, most of wouldn't mind you being a little mad, and even talking a little trash.
I'm trolling at http://www.arizonasportsfans.com/vb/ right now.
If this was Game 5 or Game 6 I'd say the series was over. Teams almost never recover from back-breaking losses that late in the series.
Game 1's are easier to deal with. All the road team needs to do is steal one game.
The only difference between the Spurs and the Suns is Championship blood. The Spurs have it.
Simply the greatest playoff game I have ever seen. The comeback from 16 down, to the threes to Manu at the end. I still cannot believe what I just saw. I'm floating about three feet off the ground right now. Can this happen again in this series? I hope not, I'll die of a heart attack for sure.
Wow...this is one of the most amazing games I've seen!
So many clutch plays! Double overtime!
First, give props to the Timmy! Seriously, 40 points...plus a clutch 3 pointer!
Give credit to Finley for a clutch 3 as well!
Then I also liked how Kurt Thomas was playing...his defense was really good.
I thought TP also had a solid outing! I don't think people noticed but he did score a 3 pointer as well!!!
Then give props to Manu for clutch 4th quarter and the two overtimes.
Instead of calling a time out, Pop just let the guys finish the game...
And the Spurs were down by 16 points in the first half! They were down by a 3 before the first overtime, then down again by a 3 before the second overtime. But they held it together and came up with amazing plays...
I said it once, I'll say it again. No team is just going to knock the Spurs out of the playoffs. A team is going to have to play smart and outexecute them from start to finish and hope a couple lucky bounces go their way if they want to win. Spurs aren't going to just lay down and die. Pop, Duncan, Parker, Ginobili are too compe ive for that to happen.
I can't believe that was only Game 1 in the first round.![]()
Holy From the Sky !!!! This was a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge game - perhaps the game of the entire season...certainly of this series...it simply sets the tone...phoenix is owned by the spurs...thats what just happened...after what happened last year to those guys and now this...i almost feel sorry for them...i would not be surprised if it gets a lot easir from now on...the whole emotional aspect of this game is going to take its toll...and now...next game they are going to have to deal with Ginobili who always plays great after a poor game... ing Finley, too...this is a huge confidence booster for him also...I LIKE WHAT I SEE !!!!!!!!!!
All I have to say is that I am glad to see the bloodlust is back. I wasn't sure that it would still be there after the season, but damn. You have to love that bloodlust from the SPURS!
Yes, we only won Game 1 with heart and (no matter what) we never give up. That's the idea. See you in game 2.
lol how many consecutive years is it going to be "The Sun's year"
If they cant do it this year...then the Suns hype needs to die for good
Does anyone have any idea why the Suns did not call a timeout with 1.8 seconds left, instead of just giving up?
Pop was great today
He called Brent at the right time in the 2nd quarter
He put Brent and not JV in the 3rd
He trusted Finley to tie the game just after Finley misse the open 3
And he stayed big the whole game
It was Amare's bedtime.
