    Larry still obsessing over this I see. Why are you so concerned about this Larry? Does your life suck so much that you need a W even if it’s over something so minor? Honestly Blake you should just concede and let Larry have this, he needs it far more than you. At the end of the day he will still be white trash, with a fat wife, fat daughter, skinhead son in law, and failure son
    Why not start a thread and do your thing, you come off as a know nothing leech.

    Let's do this, if you want to talk to me then contribute more than just humping legs, ok guy? Right now you come off as a complete wast of time. Can you do anything at all? Until you do more than just tagalong we are done.

    I can talk 1920 NFL, yep...historian. I have never in all that time seen anyone who played....WR/TE...as their roster spot. No football card reads ...WR/TE. Nobody ever gets drafted....WR/TE.

    So how did I miss those who did play WR/TE......who are they, well?

    Blake, so Clark was never a WR, right? I mean they all read....TE...right?

    So why do the Niners list Clark at WR on the roster?
    Why isn't he mentioned at all playing TE on the team site?
    Why was he in two pro bowls at WR?
    Why was he drafted as a WR?
    Why is it every game video we have seen there he is at WR?
    Why is he listed as the third best Niner WR?
    Why do all his cards read....WR?

    You have 4 places listed there, (forget Joe) do you really think I can't match that with...WR..well?

    So you are now going back to Clark was a TE....right? Right back where you started, right? No more of that silly WR/TE...right?

    Blake, your last chance to escape a tptal and complete ass kicking, trust me. So he is back to being a TE.....well?

    Not sure what more can be said.

    What happened was this....

    When Clark made....THE CATCH....he did that coming from the left side lined up tight. So on one of the truly iconic plays in NFL history there was Clark playing TE. I can't believe Blake never brought this up. That is why he does get called a TE by some. But......like those videos I showed he rarely came in tight and Montana has said....."we thought Walsh was crazy having us practice that play because we never used it".

    Having seen all his games I really can't recall seeing him in tight but a few times, maybe...6ish? Not that I paid that much attention.

    Bottom line.

    The guy started out a QB then was switched to WR in HS, he played WR at Clemson, sure, he probably came in tight a few times they all do. Walsh discovered him while scouting Steve Fuller a Clemson QB, Clark was his receiver.

    Anyway....

    The guy has always been considered a WR (as we saw above) he was never thought of as a TE by anyone who knows Niner football. All his cards read WR because he played the position. He was NEVER listed as a TE on any roster, he played WR in two pro bowls. You look at his all stats when it comes to position....WR.

    If Blake or anyone else think a WR who goes games on games never at TE is really a WR/TE..........then all those WILDCAT RB's were RB/QB.

    There is no card that reads....TE....for Dwight Clark. And a...WR/TE...simply doesn't exist.

    I have seen RB/TE for Earl Cooper and Rod Bernstein, both came into the league as TE's, then were switched to RB, so their stats are a combination and RB/TE fits.

    Dude, give the name of a WR/TE......who? That's right you can't come up with anyone. You go with WR or TE, not WR/TE. So what Blake is saying doesn't exist.

    This was an easy win to be honest, and the outcome never in doubt.

    Chucho, who was ever called a WR/TE.....well? Aren't you the guy who thinks kids can run a 20.00?

    Chucho, there is no such thing as a WR/TE....come on guy...who? I won this and it it really wasn't that close and everybody knows it.

    Show me a WR/TE....come on, what....you can't? So how can I lose to something that doesn't exist?

    Anyone who thinks middle school kids can run a 20.00....hahahaha~~~~~~~~~

    At the combine it's......

    Coach...ok, wide receivers over there and tight ends over here.

    It's never.

    Coach...ok WR/TE over here. (yep, no such thing)

    When the draft shows up you will never hear....

    Commissioner.....with the 12th pick in the 2021 draft the Buffalo Bills select....Glover Scott....WR/TE from Delaware State.

    The case of Pete Retzlaff.

    Early life

    Retzlaff played football at Ellendale High School in Ellendale, North Dakota and he starred in track and field and football at South Dakota State College. In 1952, he rushed for 1,016 yards.
    Pro-football career

    He was selected in the 1953 NFL Draft by the Detroit Lions of the National Football League but he did not make the team. After two years in the army he was sold to the Philadelphia Eagles, where he played running back, wide receiver and tight end for 11 seasons. In 1958, despite having never caught a pass in college, he led the NFL with 56 pass receptions. He went to the Pro Bowl five times, and he won the Bert Bell Award for NFL player of the year in 1965, when he caught 66 passes including ten touchdowns. He also served as president of the NFL Players Association. In 2005, he was named to the Professional Football Researchers Association Hall of Very Good in the association's third HOVG class.[1]

    From 1969 to 1972, he served as the Eagles' vice president and general manager. In 1973 and 1974, he worked as a color analyst for NFL coverage on CBS television.

    Retzlaff's number 44 jersey has been retired by the Eagles.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    So what do you think his cards read?
    Bullet Bill Dudley
    Just like the story.
    So since 1960 what other player scored 7 ways?
    Show us a roster where Clark is playing TE............WHERE?
    Show us game videos where Clark is mostly a TE..................WHERE?
    Show us a football card that reads....WR...............WHERE?
    Why is Clark not mentioned on the Niner site anywhere as a TE? Third ranked WR,
    Where is anything proving he played TE more than WR?
