I think Harris' price tag is a little steep, but if you want a backup point guard who can run the offense similar to the way Parker does it, Harris might have been an option. Harris is less done than Beaubois, who would also have been a good fit, style wise.
If it were a few years ago I'd agree, but the couple times I saw him last season he looked awful.
You could be right. I didn't see him at all in Atlanta, or didn't notice him if I did. He was pretty good against the Spurs in the playoffs in 2012.

3/9M deal for Harris? Sounds like a good deal to me, though I'm not sure I'd want him on the team. This was the guy who people were saying WOULD own TP, and look at how that ended. Since he got to NJ, he wasn't able to do anything, save for one good season stats-wise.
