I'm just not sure that that matters. The democrats don't care about their progressive wing. It's just lip service they pay while they continue to trend toward being the GOP. I like Sanders -- I really do -- and I'll have no issue voting for him. But I wouldn't be doing so thinking anything is going to change. So long as the dems remain in the center, the debate is going to be solidly on the right. What makes that so bad is that the right side of the debate ignores health care, pretends global warming is a matter of person belief and that UBC is a completely random issue. We need to pull the debate back into the center where we can actually come up with comprehensive solutions. It's the left's job to normalize these topics, not to run away from them.
