Also a "view" as it pertains to online video could mean anything from 1 second to 2 hours. In online advertising, an impression counts if the viewer sees less than a second of your ad.

Without more detail on the online attribution, the numbers are bull . With Nielsen ratings on the other hand, you know it's domestic and you know there's a longer view (I believe it's 5 minutes or higher.)
