Some of these people are breathing just fine but their 02 levels are very low.
So from what I read that is a very good idea

This is quite perplexing. They are having a very difficult time figuring out O2 - CO2 exchange at the lungs, breathing rate, heart rate, and now we even have blood clotting problems. I wont even go into the syndromes that are affecting a small % of kids (hope it stays this way, the %)

Totally agree from what I read.
Its invaluable as you can go symptom less and have extraordinarily low oxygen levels.
Doctors have commented that this is the only way they can tell some patients are in trouble because they are answering questions just fine, breathing just fine, some are experiencing racing hearts but then it calms down... I would definitely go with this device at this time in our knowledge.

Aside: I bet if the doctors asked them to get up and jog a bit they would go down in a heap because some of these folks have astoundingly low O2 levels but you would not know it by most cursory exams.

Not trying to bash you Darrin, but we cant just go Trump on this thing.
People have done work ALL THEIR LIVES in these areas, we have to stick with them and let them hash it out. And they will agree and disagree just like we will, but that is exactly what we want. That is the strength of this country in science. And rushing things can be very dangerous, science types dont like this thus the disagreement about opening up and staying put. I get it, they both have huge upsides and downsides. Its horribly difficult.
