way too many threads about separate incidents over the last year and a half.
this movie deserves it's own thread...and i'm gonna give it to em.
this is for hopes, hypes, reviews, and concerns. plus any of that oscar-hope crap going on already, pics, clips, etc.
i got my imax tix already....not midnight, not friday...but saturday. there's no way i can compete with all the kids running around out of school. i got a hunger to feed jack, and a job that pays me.

This is probably just me, but does anyone else think they did a really bad job on the makeup for The Joker (Health Ledger's character)??? It looks like it was sloppily applied. When I picture the Joker, I picture the kind of makeup they did on Jack back in the day.
Health Ledger's character looks more like a zombie or something.

That's the freakin idea, also notice how his clothes look like they came out of a dumpters and Jacks look like he just got them from the cleaners?

I think I like Heath's version better. It more fits the psychopath that his character is supposed to be.
The makeup isn't supposed to be "perfect" either. Dudes nuts, and whatever
I dunno, movie looks pretty kick ass to me.
I'm going to have to break down and see this on the big screen.
last 3 times i went to the movie theaters, 50% of me just wanted to watch the dark knight trailer.
