Yes, there are Clipper fans. People who hate the Lakers so much, for whatever reason...
    Can't afford tickets.
People who only like the underdog.
People who moved to LA, and have no love for the Lakers, but don't mind rooting for the under-appreciated Clippers.
Mostly people who don't follow basketball and understand that Sterling is the enemy, and has no desire to put a winning product on the floor...
At least the Cubs (and formerly the Red Sox) tried...

I'm in Southern California, and while we call it Lakerland I see quite a few Clippers fans. They're more subtle than Lakers fans but they're here.

Actually the other Donald wants to win pretty badly -- he just has very different ideas than most owners when it comes to spending money to achieve that.

I doubted the existence of cavemen until I saw Chris Kaman.

So, what I'm saying is there is a small chance Clippers fans do exist. Small chance.

I think that's part of it. It's certainly cheaper than seeing these teams play against the Lakers although it would be more compe ive & exciting see those matchups.

I live in la-la land and I like rooting for underdogs so I tend to lean towards the Clippers b/t the two la based teams.

Sterling is not the greatest owner in my book....never really cared about winning until recently.

Is there such a thing as a Laker fan prior to the 30+ loss in the Finals?

Every Laker Fan is a Clipper fan if the Clippers happen to be better that year. Like in 2005.

Just like how every Laker Fan was a Warrior Fan when they beat the Mavs.

Just like how every Bruins fan became USC diehards in football, but magically they're still UCLA diehards in basketball.

There is no bigger bag bandwagoning fanbase than Los Angeles.

A big segment of the Clipper "fanbase" is non-native Angelenos that moved there and hate the Lakers. Plus, if you want to see NBA basketball and can't afford tix to the Lakers, the Clippers are a cheap alternative.

I hated those damn Laker fans that jumped on the warrior bandwagon, but that's what your gonna get when you have the biggest fanbase.

    I;m a USC man.

And i think Boston ass clowns are worse. it's like sports was invented to them in the 00's, since they sucked forever before that.
