The only thing that annoys me about Culpepper, from a football standpoint, besides his stupid thing he does after he throws a touchdown, is how much the guy fumbles. I swear I hate it when players fumble.
I remember reading a stat that says Daunte had been in the league for 72 games...and he's fumbled 73 times...which meant he averages a fumble a game. This was at the beginning of the season but damn that's alot.
This was the scenario I sort of had in mind. But controversy sells. Hopefully the reporter is fired, or at least utilized as a dummy for the Vikings' linebackers once practice resumes.

Well Iceman, one way to look at it is that the newspaper, The Startribune.com is a Minnisota website. Of coarse they are going to correct the "image" of their own! Culpepper could've found another way to handle the situation, like not giving his lecklace to the boy! He could've answered, " Hey, can't take it off, this means alot too me, but I tell you what, write down your address and I'll send you little something". Something to that effect!
all the dumbass had to say was, "i can't give you these, they hav sentimental value" or something like that...
