Sad stuff. Over the last year, this guy was a personal hero for me. I guess it was inevitable, but still sad.

This video shows Carnegie Mellon Professor Randy Pausch, who recently died from pancreatic cancer, he gave his last lecture at the university Sept. 18, 2007, before a packed McConomy Auditorium.
The video is a little over 1 hour long... but really it is worth it and really inspiring!

Oh no, he died?
I was wondering about him awhile back.
I saw that video several months ago.
It is one of the best lectures I have ever heard- quite heart touching and inspiring.
I am so sad to hear that he died.![]()
here's the video-
sad news
It's rare that I usually get so affected or inspired by people I don't know or have never even met, but quite honestly this man was absolutely amazing. I watched his lecture when it first was posted on Youtube and was absolutely moved and I just finished reading his book also "The Last Lecture" and I highly recommend it to everyone.
It's rare that someone can be motivating without preaching.
R.I.P Randy![]()
I saw the Last Lecture video one day after he passed away. It's really inspiring.
