acording to this http://www.shamsports.com/content/pa...ries/spurs.jsp the last year of oberto contract (2009/2010) is Unguaranteed. is this say that we can get rid of oberto next year and use that money on another player?
I'm guessing its partly guaranteed. Probably around $2M of it is guaranteed with the rest being non-guaranteed.
Either way, it will probably be wise to keep him because the Spurs will be over the cap even if they can take his full salary off the books.

The last year of Oberto's and Bowen's contract aren't fully guaranteed. It has been said when they have signed their new contracts last summer.
ShamSports said that the last year is 50% guaranteed. It should be true given that this site is quite reliable.
It's also noteworthy that Oberto contract is quite different than reported what was reported at first ($10.5M with no raises).
