man him. the more i think about the situation the more hes pissing me off. if he had signed with the team back in the summer and been with the team since day one I could respect that. i dont really care about his history as a spur killer. look at how spurs fans have embraced the likes of jerome kersey, mario elie, terry porter and robert horry when they joined the team as vet role players in search of championship glory (or more).

i dont have a problem with him leaving the lakers after shaq left. i think its hard to not respect him giving up $20 mil a year in search of a ring as he did in the summer of 2003. but hes just been hedging his bet this season by not signing with a team. had the spurs been struggling up to this point hed probably be doing the dance with miami right now.

as it stands this team has done quite well without him. its tempting to think about replacing sean marks with him but man, at least sean marks can sign a ing contract and hang with the team even when he wasnt likely to see game time anytime soon.
