Judging by the nose and jawline seems to be the most reliable indicator in those tests.

I have to admit though, I've seen some of the shemales here in Buenos Aires walking around at night and if I didn't know better I would have thought they were women. Its a scary thought to say the least

When I was in college I worked at the airport and over a 3 year period I watched a waiter in the cafe transform him/herself from Jerome into "Jeri". A few months after the final "change" we saw Jeri dancing at a country bar with a 50-something year old man who thought he'd just found heaven. He couldn't figure out why my buddies and I were laughing so hard when he'd waltz by us.

I thought Jeri's male origin was more than apparent, but obviously it was enough to fool some people.
