I put a dry rub on my baby back ribs and chicken...........put ribs bone side down over indirect heat (in my custom BBQ pit)........placed chicken in the smoker side. Moved ribs over to smoker after 45min. Let it all slow cook for another 2 plus hours. Both ribs and chicken were basted with a combination of Memphis and Stubbs BBQ sauce once removed from the grill.
Ribs/Chicken fell off the bone and had an amazing smoked flavor mixed with the BBQ sauce flavor.

I baked some chicken that was dynamite!Of course, I used Rudy's BBQ sauce.
