If walsh could get Crittenton, Lowry or Warrick then that would be fair imo.
Source: Grizzlies Demanding 1st Round Pick From Knicks

A league source has told RealGM contributor Tommy Dee that the Memphis Grizzlies are demanding a conditional first round pick along with Zach Randolph in exchange for Darko Milicic and Marko Jaric.
Walsh in return is asking for a young player, assuming either Javaris Crittenton, Kyle Lowry or Hakim Warrick or the best expiring contract (Antoine Walker) if he is to surrender a first round pick.

Warrick? They can keep dreaming. I would not trade Randolf for Warrick and his potential alone.
i can see a j critt darko and jaric for randolph and 1st round pick being fair.
Apparently the Grizzlies got tough in their trade demands. Unfortunately, tougher does not mean smarter, as they are under the impression that Darko is worth anything, much less a first round pick.
no way new york is stupid enough to give up a 1st... or are they?
If giving up a 1st round pick means getting rid of a cap-crippling contract and getting a nice young prospect, then i think they should go for it.
if they land james it would be worth it
No?
Source: Walsh Under No Pressure To Move Randolph

Knicks' President Donnie Walsh is reportedly under no pressure to trade forward Zach Randolph to the Grizzlies, according to ESPN.com.
Walsh has not been given a deadline to make a decision on whether or not to deal Randolph to Memphis, according to an executive with knowledge of the talks.
Donnie reportedly initiated the talks but continues to mull the deal with a number of changes possible.
Memphis wants a draft pick while the Knicks are looking for another player in return if a selection is involved.
