    Washington tries with the Nets

Darius Washington (1.88-PG) is trying to get a contract with the New Jersey Nets according to greek media. The american point-guard that played for Aris last season but he wasn't included in the roster for next season. He is currently trying to secure a contract in the NBA by participating at the Nets' training camp.

He has a contract for another year with Aris but the administration of the team would like to get rid of the player's contract as it is deemed too high. Washington averaged 10.2 points 2.8 rebounds and 3.1 assists in 9 games in the Euroleague last season.

Why don't the Nets take Hill from the Spurs and let us use our Beno TE for Boone or Sean Williams?

i dunno, if the Greek team thought he was being paid too much the way they are throwing around euros is that a good sign as to how he played?

Altho from what little i saw on the Spurs he looked fine. Instead we do yet another half commitment to an older vet. Go FO and Popped!
