Along with Hurricane Ike bringing more than a few buckets of rain, there is TS Lowell in the Pacific that is going to collide with Ike right over San Antonio in the next day or so. Last time 2 converging weather systems flooded S.A. was 8 or 9 years. They collided over San Antonio, bringing 3 days of torrential rain with flooding all up and down I-35. We are in for a doozie!
