Congrats, Manny!
Finally, after months of trying, I have a job that works perfectly for me.
Monday I interviewed with the Intercultural Development Research Association (http://www.idra.org/) for a data entry position. They are non profit organization that does research into equal education mostly here in Texas, but also nationwide. The position is entering in research data so it can be compiled and turned into reports.
I got a call this morning from the lady I interviewed with,and arring funding not being approved, I should am in. It's like 99% now, so I'm super excited.
The pay isn't great, and there aren't any benefits, but being able to work for a non profit that does work that I love is a great chance for good experience.

BTW, Im looking on the website to make a donation, they sound like something Ive felt schools should have been doing for a long time, getting financing going where it NEEDS to be instead of frivelous BS.
also, the above statement about how 1 test should decide how akid should be placed and such is a great statement. I wasnt a great test taker but a great student. So I should be penalized for not taking tests well???
