    I disagree. McCain is too independant to do as president Bush wishes, just because he wishes it. Obama will likely do the opposite of what president Bush wants just to claim "change."

    Regardless, Obama is on the spot now to be in DC tomorrow because the president asked to meet about the crisis! Not to show up would be flagrant disrespect for bipartisan politics that he claims to believe in.

    HUSSEIN early today called McSenile to propose a joint statement the crisis. Hours later, McWorse called back to say, ok. Both staffs are working on it.

    If HUSSEIN snubs dubya, then that's wonderful. dubya deserves every snubbing thrown at him, including being totally kept away by the Repug from the Repug campaign.
