Won't work with redistricting.
I'd LOVE that, but only because I DESPISE 2 year terms. I want the term length on SA city council and mayor to be increased instead of number of terms...
Why? They won't be changing the number of seats or anything, they'd just be extending to 4 years and creating 2 classes (like there are 3 classes of Senators). Plus, redistricting has nothing to do with the Federal government. The state's handle their own districting to allocate their House seats.
