Ironic as haha.
(warning: the following contains a graphic depiction of irony being mutilated)
I have officially lost faith in people.
I'm a christian - but even I have to agree these people are wacko! You can't totally insulate your kids from the world - besides that book's been around forever. I had to read it when I was in school - it's on the reading list to spark debate and critical thinking among students. That father comes across as a real looney and his daughter isn't much better!
Wow. Just do the report and stfu.
Stupid s bag christian rednecks.
My mom got a book removed from our school library way back in the mid 70's. Not because the book was necessarily bad, but because the subject matter was not appropriate for 6th and 7th graders. My sister had checked it out of the library and when my mom read parts of it, she was quite unhappy!
I still remember the le - it was called "My darling, my hamburger". I know - really stupid le - maybe that's why I remember it still when it's been over 30 years!
Wow!
Irony at its best![]()
The teacher was trolling for stupidity and they hit it like a large-mouth bass.
I agree, this is an absolutely stupid man. To ban a fictional book that is a great read?
Maybe he does have some divine intervention. Just has crossed signal...
The "Bail Out" bill is now 451 pages in congress!
Is that X-Ray and his family?
Most Challenged Books of 21st CenturyBBW celebrates the freedom to choose or the freedom to express one’s opinion even if that opinion might be considered unorthodox or unpopular and stresses the importance of ensuring the availability of those unorthodox or unpopular viewpoints to all who wish to read them. After all, intellectual freedom can exist only where these two essential conditions are met.
