    Voting for the bill does not mean they are on the take. They might actually believe it's the best thing to do. They might just have bad judgment. , there's the chance that they are actually right, that this bill is the thing to do!

    Aren't they all on "the take"? In fact, they have to be in order to raise money to campaign.
