Spurs offer $5 tickets to pre-season home games

The four-time NBA champion San Antonio Spurs begin their 2008-09 campaign with a home pre-season game tonight (Oct. 10) against the New Orleans Hornets at AT&T Center.
The Spurs say they have partnered with H.E. Butt Grocery Co. (H-E-B) to offer fans a limited number of $5 tickets to the Hornets game and three other pre-season match-ups.
The seats are located in Club 200, which is the upper level in AT&T Center. After the Hornets, the Spurs’ home pre-season schedule includes the Indiana Pacers (Oct. 18), Washington Wizards (Oct. 22) and Miami Heat (Oct. 24).
All Spurs home pre-season games tip off at 7:30 p.m.
Pre-season tickets range in price from $5 to $175. Pre-season tickets can be purchased at all Ticketmaster Ticket Center locations. They can also be charged by phone at 210-225-TEAM, in person at the AT&T Center Southeast Box Office or online at Ticketmaster.com or Spurs.com.
