Its is evident in an interview with Pop, refering to our veteran.
“He's been one of our best players in training camp,” Popovich said, “and I definitely don't want to overplay him. He's just very valuable, and he's been playing really well. He got his body in great shape this summer, and he came in ready to go.”
I prefer farmer because of size over stodemire, but if stod lights it up in preseason, he will stay because of experience.
I prefer Tolliver, but Hairston might be a good pick up in case Udoka goes cold.
I don't think any other big will get any PT. So it might be a wasteful pick up.
thoughts?
There was never any doubts about Pop retaining Vaughn, despite our qualms on this board. To your question.
Hairston
Tolliver
It's difficult for me to judge Stoudemire since I've not seen him play. For now, I like Watkins as a backup big or a D-league prospect.
if its between Hairston and Tolliver, its a no freaking brainer.
thumbs up to Salim and Watkins
thumbs down on Gaines, ATolliver, Hairston,
if there is a spot hold on to Farmer
Any remaining positions can be filled by better players who get cut from other teams.
Im going for Tolliver after that imo it really doesnt matter.
Jacque Vaughn is simply Jacque Vaughn, I don't give a about how many Jenny Craig meals he eats or abdomenizers he buys....
Hairston, definitely.
I'm torn between Farmer and Watkins.
