I'll leave pictures to others. The AT&T Center has been open since October 2002. First Spurs game was a preseason matchup with the Knicks (I think); the first regular season Spurs game in the building was a game against the Toronto Raptors. IIRC, Jelani McCoy owns the first points in the building.
