I can't count how many times I've seen him take a shot, only to leave enough time on the clock for the opponet to answer.
Dwight Howard beats them with a dunk at the buzzer, Bogut beats them with a shot at the buzzer, IIRC Cleveland beat them in a similar fashion,(all because Tony shot too early) and when it's not costing the Spurs at the end of a game?
Grant Hill's banking in a three to swing momentum at the end of a quarter.

Batum and Hill/Chalmers could have both been Spurs had things fallen just a little differently.

Parker almost always goes early. I think it's designed so that if he gets a layup attempt and misses Duncan has a chance to put it back.

When you've got a tie game and a chance to take one shot, that's what you do. You take the last shot. , even if you don't get the shot off on time, at least you take losing out of the equation.
There's really not a whole lot to complain about with the way Tony's playing, but he's got to show a little more patience at the end of quarter/game situations. It's a bad habit that he's got to break.
It may sound like I'm picking on the kid, but those are the type of little things the Spurs are going to have to clean up in order to get this team on the right side of the win column.
With all that being said, (and as frustrating as it is to see the Spurs lose) I can't help but be encouraged at the type of grit and moxy they just displayed.
That line-up of Duncan, Parker, Mason, Udoka, and Finley in the 4th was flat-out nails.
