Probably because W's plan was never really to help the poor...I mean, almost 65% of the 'new wealth' created by the early years of the Dubya presidency was for the top 1% of wealthy, while the bottom 90% got 5%. This cry of 'socialism' is a last gas lame attempt by unbridled free market capatalist who have brought the US to the brink of economic collapse...they had their chance for the last 8 years, and it will prove to be a multi-trillion dollar tax-payer boon-doggle before all it said and done...
