If somehow Obama could use presidential authority to force the NCAA to ins ute a playoff system, I think that's about the only thing he'll do as president that will have an 100% approval rating.
I have a feeling Obama could condemn cannibalism and ducks would start a thread arguing that we should have the right to devour human flesh.
