The fans at the game were booing the non-call when Eli clearly intentionally grounded the ball. That Joe Biden happened to be shown on TV during the booing does not mean they were booing him. I don't particularly like Joe Biden, but I hate when people make up lies to fit their ideology, and the Philly fans were not booing him.
