Well, since the uniforms are FOR the game, and not your team uniform, I would think they would wear the ASG jersey they were given.

You mean like from the East Squad to the West Squad? Wouldn't their real team get pissed?

I think the cutoff for coaching, followed by the picks for the reserves sets the ASG in concrete. I would think that even if you were traded across conferences, you would play for the team you were selected or elected to.
Hey, cool CIA Pop idea: trade Nash, Allen, and McGrady to the East right now for draft picks.
Would pretty much free up the Western Conference for the Spurs.
Oh, and do you get the fantasy stats for the ASG?
I'm assuming he meant "during the all star break"...
