normally, you would think that if your boss is gone, then you don't really get much done cuz you are too busy goofing off or whatever. but for us, when she is gone, we actually get about twice as much work done.

if we actually get more work done when our boss is gone, than when she is here, is that the sign of a bad boss?
I can see that I do more of my daily work when my boss isnt here. When he is here he gives me projects to do all the time. Ash is right though I slack off more when the boss is gone.
I haven't worked in the same city (let alone building) as my boss since 2002. It works as long as you have one that has a clue ... which right now I do not.

The truth is, there really isn't much to do in my office.
Yeah my daily work is easier and done quicker thats why I have time to slack off.
Thats really not a good work ethic Ash. That is considered stealing.
It's truly astounding that you've had such difficulties finding/maintaining employment.
