Sorry, but that's a stupid idea. He could make some but he would miss a lot. He's never out at the 3 point line anyway so why put him there just for the fun of it?

This is why Duncan is considered the best low post player/player in the NBA. He's not playing perimeter ball like Garnett and Nowitzki. Duncan is at his best on the low post and around the paint, not at the 3 point line.

That's because most of the 3's that he takes are desperation 3's. If teams leave Tim open like that from the 3-point line, i think that he should take it.
Especially since its a lot tougher to pull off post moves when your hip, knee, and ankle hurt than it is to take a jump shot.

I think that Tim should take more perimeter shots (not necessarily 3's), at least until his hip and ankle heal. He can make them after all.
