how hard is it to get a le for an RV?

this guy is selling a pop up really REALLY cheap but he doesn't have the le. obviously if it's stolen i know what can happen. how can i get a le though if it's legit?

Its pretty difficult these days to get something re led. You'll have to call the le office and see what the requirements are but the most recent owner who would have appeared on the le will have to fill out the forms not the buyer (you).

Its really not worth the aggrivation of trying to re- le. Plus pop-ups under 1k are usually in need of serious work.
