Once again, Im proving correct. Had we made half of our 3s against Denver, we would now be on a major winning streak. We make half our 3s we win, we dont make half our 3s we lose. Even with Manu and TP on the court.

The Spurs do not force a lot of threes. The system in which they run their offense (through Duncan) means they get a lot of 3 point attempts. I agree it depends on whether or not those shots fall, but it has always been that way. For the most part, the Spurs always get decent looks throughout a game.
Sometimes the shots fall, sometimes they do not. In the years when the Spurs win chips, the shots fall. When they do not win, it is because most of the time shots that should be made do not go in. Sometimes the offense sputters, but that is mainly because guys like Fin, Udoka, ... do not make their open looks.
The Spurs have an inside game with Duncan, slashers with Manu and TP and outside shooters with the rest. That is good offense. It is the ball movement and the presence of Tim that gives the Spurs looks. They need to be taking those open shots and hitting them, which they do for the most part in championship years.
Combine that with solid defense, then you get rings.
nothing new. the spurs have lived by the three the last three years.
the only thing that this thread proves is that Pop's offense works.
