Guitar Hero band kit or Rockband kit?

the kid wants one of these. the fact that i'll buy him one might be a sure sign that the end is near.

any information on either would be greatly appreciated.

However, in terms of the game itself I would say RB2 > GH: WT. But you can always buy the game by itself.

Careful. It depends on the system you're playin on. The GH drums do NOT work on Rock Band for the PS3 currently.

I am a wii owner and RB2 wont be out till Dec15 or 12 not sure. I am waiting on that to see which one like better before I buy.....

GH set is better. If its for the 360, either drumset will work for either game. But the GH set is better
