    The +/- is of marginal use, at best. But I think it does at least show that Hill has had an impact on the games.

    I think the margin of victory says more. All of our wins were very close, until JV left the lineup, and Hill got his minutes.

    The +/- stat is like baseketball's version of the baseball batting average: it only becomes relevant over the course of an entire season, not on individual game basis.
