    Update: The Diamondbacks are interested in adding Easley as the right-handed half of a platoon at second base, the East Valley Tribune reports.

    Recommendation: The team apparently has already offered a one-year deal to Ramon Vazquez to function as the left-handed half of that platoon.

    A farm system without a better option than Easley is pretty much a working definition for " ty farm system."
