I disagree, the NBA has too many good teams and in April if the Spurs have a Western numero uno spot locked up, they are gonna drop one down the stretch.
But 40-1 would be one of a ride.

Since you have nothing to add this this thread except lies, how about this take:
The erratic Spurs suck. They are just the 2nd quarter of Sonics @SBC from being 25-0 @SBC.
Spurs and Sonics about played even first quarter. Spurs, after praying with Pop at hafl-time, womped Sonics in 3rd, and outscored them again in the 4th. 3 solid Spurs quarters.
But the 2nd quarter, the Spurs pulled one of their incredible disappearing acts (like 4th qtr @TOR), score but 12 ing points, while allowing ing 29 pts. Spurs offense and defense totally absent. The Spurs might as well have sat on the bench for 12 minutes.
Without those 12 little minutes, the Spurs are 25 - 0 @SBC.
Remember those sucky facts if the Spurs do not lose any more games @SBC this season.
