What an about face this franchise is doing. And what trade was worse than the Kidd one? The Shaq one. If you ask me, by far.

Actually JVG would be good for that slow plodding fool they call a center. He'll play robot basketball and the two go to guys will be Amare and Shaq. Pick and roll all day long with Nash keying the offense. Predictable grind it out low scoring affairs but that Suns roster is better for the JVG style than the Rockets.

Deadly three point shooters, big dominent centers and forwards, a point guard with great assist numbers. JVG would have that Phoenix team as a defensive juggernaut. JVG would ram the ball into either Shaq or Amare, then kick it out to the guards. The Phoenix guards can hit the long ball all day long.
