I ran the RealGM numbers too (as did someone else in the main thread). However, the option of including the 1st round pick was not included.

Given the 15% rule, what is the value given to a 1st rounder in a trade such as this?

Nothing, travis. Picks only count against the cap AFTER the draft. Future picks count nada.
