    A little ditty as to how deluded these re s really are.....

    Dirk's D is really just as good as Duncan's D this year.
    Something a nameless poster on the Mavs board posted in a thread that turned into talking about Duncan and Dirks defense.

    he must not see alot of mavs games, cuse i sure do, i'm forced to hear mav crap all day long because i live in the DFW area. dirks D is the worst. he's the 2nd worst on his team cuse shawn bradley is the worst of them all.

    Dirk's defense has been adequate now that he's playing exclusively at the 4 spot. Comparing it to Duncan's defense is obviously ridiculous, but he's not a liability like he used to be.

    The only likeness of Dirk's D and Duncan's D is that they are both Arial 10 typeface in this thread.

    I must say that Maverick fan was way off.... you can't compare the two, we all know that Dirks 'D' Is far superior to that of Duncan's

    Can I just point out that I read on a Spurs board today that "Manu is the most game changing player in the league"? Idiotic homers come in all colors, Maverick blue as well as silver and black.

    P.S. Dirks D is far better than it has ever been, many people don't seem to be aware of that.

    Dirk is still gettting better (I find him playing so much better in non-shooting areas than last year), and I'm sure, perhaps with AJ's confirmation, that he realizes the he and the Mavs aren't winning any trophies without adding serious defense.
