Sorry, I posted duplicate thread.

Will the video be hosted on the WOAI site?
Does anyone know where Malik's house is in San Antonio?
That was the saddest thing I've seen in a long, long time.
Sorry Malik.![]()
I'll see if I can get it up in the morning. Will the video be hosted on the WOAI site?
Just when the eyes started focusing again, then Tanji had to fog me up again. We're gonna miss that guy, a lot.
man, I HATE this trade.
Seeing that interview made me have second thoughts on trading Malik. Don is right, we need more guys like Malik, when all you see is the Latrell Spreewells, Ron Artests, and Allen Iversons on TV, it makes people think most NBA players are like that. but Malik Rose is the kind of guy people want on there team on character alone.
That's LJ's jobI'll see if I can get it up in the morning.
If you didn't tear-up seeing Malik cry and hug his mom, your dead inside![]()
We don't realize, even though this is a business, NBA players are humans with feelings too. great job by WOAI on this interview.
thanks Kori.
Yeah but Im some stupid loser (see T Park, Extra Stout, exstatic and Xcoriate) because i think this trade was and i am "emotionally attached" to a player.![]()
I hope his family stay's here, and keeps on running the business. Plus isn't his brother playing basketball here?
*tears up* I sthere any way we can email or send something to him like a card? I know it's cheesy, but damn. It's like seeing someone from your family leave.
No matter what anyone thinks of Malik as a player, if they saw this, they could never doubt his heart or devotion to the Spurs and San Antonio.
1200 did not come in tonight
I was driving home I had it on but I could not hear it
this is a business but the players are human beings
however they are paid very well knowing they might have to get traded
I will miss rose hustle
I don't think anyone should ever doubt or question Malik as a human being, he typifies the athlete/community activist we've come to expect of our Spurs players.
It's also pretty weak to bag on anyone on the site expressing their emotions about Malik the person.
I havent seen it but I honestly want to cry just reading this. I loved Malik as a player but most of all I loved his heart. He played with so much heart but most of all he loved his teammates with all of his heart. Damn Nazr you have some very big shoes to fill and I don't mean stat wise.
Good guy. I can see him coming back to town after his career is done.
It's a shame that he and Pop fell out last year. I think they were on better terms, but you never really come all the way back from something like that. Tim is now the only remaining Spur from '99.
The Spurs traded away the player who cares most about winning. That's not what you do if you are trying to win a championship.
I guess Holt Cat saves a couple million down the line, so it's all good.
Why don't you wait and make this trade in the offseason. Is Nazr going to be able to step in and be better than Rose right off the bat? That's a long shot.
I hope his family stays here and watches out for his business. I can see Malik coming back here, too.
The WOAI TV News/Weather/Sports is replayed from 10:30 - 11:00 PM tonight on PAX (TW Cable CH 2). If you missed it, it should be replayed in a few minutes at 10:50-ish.
