He does that, Spurm, sometimes for 5-10 minutes at a time. Then he goes back to being Michael Finley again for the next two weeks. If Finley had Manu's drive and desire, he'd be better than Kobe, probably First Team All NBA. He just seems to play to about 85% of his ability 95% of the time.

You've gotta be kidding.

Michael Finley was the entire Mavericks team for about 3 years when they had nobody else, almost never going to the bench. Manu wouldn't even be able to get through one year averaging 40 MPG.

His body simply has too many extra minutes on it.
