Rodman before Wallace for HOF?

I don't know if Rodman is going before he's 60. He was essentially a rebounding machine, and not the best in his era or any era. Wallace had averages of 7.3 points, 13.1 rebounds, and 1.8 assists in 944 games. Wallace is 6.3 points, 10.6 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.3 steals, and 2.2 blocks in 874 games. He is a 4-time Defensive Player of the Year as opposed to Rodman's two. Wallace's defensive credentials are much more complete than Rodman's.

Rodman does have 5 rings, but Robert Horry has 7. Does that make Robert Horry a Hall-of-Fame player?
