We couldn't keep them off the offensive glass. Sucked, but it happened.
I don't really care for either one of these teams, but it's good to see Portland pushed to 12 in the loss column...they should be about 15-15 rather than 18-12. Nothing personal against Portland, they just have no business being so close to the Spurs in the standings. Utah should have a better record than Portland. Nothing personal against Portland. They've now lost 6 of their last 10 games and I don't see why everyone was making a big deal out of them. Again, nothing personal against Portland, but if everyone is making a big deal out of them then they should at least win more than 4 out of 10. Again, nothing personal against Portland.
I suppose Dallas was expected to win this game. Between the two, Dallas is the better team. So good job for just taking care of business. 8-for-20 from the floor? Against Dallas?

barea and bass showed up big in the 4th
kinda ed up how Przybilla is just as good as Oden
You got outworked on the glass by the Mavs of all teams?
GO SPURS GO
By our smallest guys too, our guards lol...20 out of 42 rebounds came from kidd and JJB alone(ouch).
Oh just FYI, the Mavs are the number 1 rebounding team....look it up out of all teams...
Compared to Spurs who are 21![]()
Oden may turn out to be one of the biggest draft busts in the history of the NBA, just because of how big the hype around him was.
Still, Roy and Aldridge make the Blazers contenders.
Think so? He could be a Mutombo like presence in the paint in a year or two with his physical nature. He just seems a little s shocked and out of shape still - he did miss an entire season.
why did hubie say spurs were #1 during the PHX game?
It's far too soon to close the book on Oden. I think he'll eventually develop into a very good big man, but he could just as easily become chronically plagued by injuries. I do think the hype has been proven to be overblown.
Dallas is one of the best rebounding teams in the NBA. I think they were top 5 probably last year.
Maybe Hubie just a Homer??

bc he is 103 years old
The Blazers are starting to come down to earth a little bit.
