    The Lakers
    are now in the market for Stephon Marbury officially. This comes after Jordan Farmar was announced to be out two months after having surgery Wednesday on his left knee. While LA may not wait for the Knicks to release or waive Marbury before they start looking for help, the Lakers may use Sasha Vujacic to bring the ball up the court at times to relieve Derek Fisher.

    Oh boy...this is gonna be good!!!

    Lakers don't need a true PG so I don't think Farmar being out hurts them all that much. (In fact I think he was a big problem with our defense in the second unit)

    However, Starbury intrigues me.

    He'll probably sign for the minimum so cost wise it won't hurt us that bad and you can bet your ass that he'll be a friggin saint, not because he wants to win but because he can pretty much kiss his career goodbye if he doesn't act any other way.

    And if he even gets a tiny bit disruptive, release the guy.

    No real harm done.

    Not going to happen. PJ has gone on record several times over the years dissing Marbury. Lakers don't need a cancer like Stephon.

    awesome, i hope they get him. His ego and Kobe's in the same room and the Staples Center will spontaneously explode. the Lakers have a good team now, and Marbury has never done anything but wreck every team he's ever played on.

    Better yet, send him to the Celtics, who are a lot scarier right now...let him blow that team up. LOL.
