Why would SA trade Ginobili's heart and toughness for Mac's virginity and selfishness? Their not that stupid.
Someone suggested that the Spurs find a Pau Gasol type trade, but I don't think they meant being on the Memphis side of it.

Surgeries typically take one year to get back to normal. Ask any doctor.
I would expect both Ginobili and T-Mac to be at full strength after one year. It took D-Wade that long to come back to play normal.
It's why I was really frustrated that the Rockets traded away Franchise before he had a chance to fully recover.

Care to retract your statement? Manu is better in EVERY WAY when you account for their respective minutes per game and their production within that time. Combine the fact that Ginobili is still recovering from surgery and its laughable to think anyone believes T-Mac is the better player.
Im not even going to bother bringing in the fragility of T-Mac into the equation because then I would just be picking on you.
