Its not that is ugly, everything just seems out of place and all clogged up.

So basically nothing has changed
Overdone. Just like everything else on espen.
They changed it all of a sudden late last night. I don't like it; don't know if it's actually bad or whether I'm being swayed by a healthy resistance to change, but I don't like it. Feels and looks overly boxy with too much white space, like an early 2000's website IMO. And I want Truehoop back on the right side of the NBA page.
I am glad however that they got rid of that ing automatic video stream/player that used to startle the out of me when it blasted into life.
yea i found out last night, and its so so, only time will tell
, you have to watch a truck commercial for 30 seconds before you can even access anything on ESPN.com. that . ESPN can suck my balls.
ESPN is not that re ed. Even they know that can get very annoying. I think they're doing that because of the new layout.
They'll probably get rid of it later on.
I probably haven't been on the main page of ESPN.com for like 2 years, so I haven't seen the truck ad. But it does not come up if you navigate straight to the NBA page, NFL Page, Podcenter, etc.
This is great, I can read a Rob Neyer column for the first time in 5 years.
I like it somehow. Even on a broadband connection from overseas it took long to load and every little peace of information was hidden in those ugly flash panels. I think the page is easier to navigate now.
btw... ShadowFlames... I really thought the chick in your sig was a guy till I saw the face![]()
This is better...they finally got rid of that broadband video on the right. It used to start slowing down my Firefox if I left that page up overnight.
it looks like a monster truck website designed by a redneck
You leave your firefox browser open overnight?
The longer you have it open the more space it will hog. Then again IE is no better either.
Looks alright. It'll take getting used to.
Thank you jesus for taking that god awful automated video on the right away.
it looks like www.ign.com
I am glad someone hated this just as much as I did. They still have it on some pages though. One got me when I went to read the Texas/OSU preview.I am glad however that they got rid of that ing automatic video stream/player that used to startle the out of me when it blasted into life.
My 1st thought about it
Well the video for the Spurs game is the only one that doesn't work, so at least you still know it's ESPN.
It's working
I must need to update my codecs, because it doesn't work. The one for the Cavs game did.
