Game blog: Spurs vs. Heat
By Joe Alexander
The Spurs have won seven of their last eight outings heading into tonight's road game against the Miami Heat.
Of those seven wins, five were by 10 points or less - including a 108-106 victory over the 76ers on Saturday and a double-overtime victory over the Grizzlies last week.
Tonight's game tips off at 6:30 p.m. San Antonio time.
Here's the latest on the Heat.
Ira Winderman, South Florida Sun-Sentinel
The last time the Heat faced the Spurs, San Antonio appeared a s of its former championship self. Shooting guard Manu Ginobili was still sidelined from September ankle surgery. Point guard Tony Parker was hobbling off the court in the first quarter with a sprained left ankle.

Sarah Rothschild, Miami Herald
The Heat is under no illusion that the rematch against the San Antonio Spurs will resemble the first meeting. Now, the Spurs are healthy -- and they're hot.

Chris Perkins, Palm Beach Post
Amare Stoudemire is unhappy in Phoenix, but the Heat doesn't want Amare Stoudemire. Not yet, anyway. It has Udonis Haslem at half the price.

I'd feel better if it was like the Kings or someone else, but why not try with some of the good teams?
